Vivienne Jolie Pitt drops Pitt from her surname

Vivienne, the daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, filed paperwork on 12 July in Los Angeles County Superior Court to change her surname. The change removes Pitt, so she is now known as Vivienne Jolie. She is the fourth child of the former couple to drop the surname Pitt, following Shiloh, Maddox and Zahara, who did so in 2024 and 2025. Their divorce was finalized in December 2024. Her twin brother Knox has not confirmed a legal change, though he has used the name Knox Jolie publicly since graduating high school in June.
